This is very important as many of you know that it is not always easy to be the smaller party when it comes to arguments with your “oh-so-reliable-and-allmighty” hosting company or an online shoestore that sent you something you didn’t order at all.
I will here publish full logs of conversations with various companies.
The point is to be as hard customer as one can be.
I’ll test their support staff’s nerves with annoying but relevant questions and take it as far as necessary to get the whole picture of their professionalism.
